Q: How do I order my tickets from Ticket Exchange?

A: You may order your tickets online, or you may call us at: (801) 292-5775 You may also order your tickets via FAX: (801) 208-0917 or EMAIL US! For all FAX and e-mail orders, we will need your name, (daytime) phone number, email address, event, preferred seating location, and the number of tickets required.

Q: How do I pay for my tickets?

A: Ticket Exchange accepts all major credit cards.

Q: How do I receive my tickets?

A: Depending on the time frame, you may pick up your tickets at our office (795 Highland Oaks Drive, Bountiful), at will-call, or we can send them to you via certified mail. Federal Express "Standard Overnight" delivery service is also available for a nominal fee. Please call ahead for making arrangements to pick up tickets at our office.

Q: What are your terms and conditions?

A: All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or credits can be made after your order has been confirmed. If an event is cancelled, full in-house credit will be given upon the return of the cancelled event's tickets. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, you will be responsible for the new arrangements. Sorry, we cannot replace lost, damaged or stolen tickets or e-tickets. Please do not expose your tickets to sunlight, heat, cold, or liquids. Tickets cannot be replaced under any circumstances, and you will bear the full loss and liability incurred.

Q: Do you handle national events?

A: Yes. You may purchase tickets to most national events online (subject to availability), or contact us by phone, fax, or email. SEARCH on our Home Page for tickets!

Q: Can I pre-order tickets for an upcoming event?

A: Yes. Please call as early as possible to get on our waiting list. You will never be billed for tickets that we do not have in hand. However, pre-ordering tickets does not guarantee you tickets.

Q: Do you have different price ranges and seating locations for sporting events and concerts?

A: Yes. We usually have seats ranging from the first 10 rows to the last 10 rows for concerts, shows or events; courtside, 50-yard line, and behind-the-plate seating for sporting events. Prices vary depending on the event.

Q: Is your ticket service a legal business?

A: Yes. We are a licensed business, and have been operating since 1985.
